We honor the perfectly imperfect human experience. Through trauma therapy, EMDR, and thoughtful consulting, we help people see that brokenness is not a flaw; it's a doorway to resilience, interconnection, and profound healing.
Our Services
EMDR Therapy

EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that can help clients process traumatic memories, reduce emotional distress, and strengthen adaptive coping. Jennifer uses EMDR within a careful, trauma-informed framework that emphasizes preparation, safety, pacing, and emotional regulation.

Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes that distress often develops in response to overwhelming, painful, or chronically stressful experiences. Jennifer works with clients to better understand trauma responses, strengthen nervous system regulation, reduce shame, and build a more secure relationship with themselves and others.
Psychodynamic and Relational Therapy

Jennifer helps clients explore the deeper emotional patterns, attachment wounds, family dynamics, and internal conflicts that may be contributing to current struggles. This work supports greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and more intentional choices in relationships and daily life.

Therapy for Burnout, Caregiver Stress, and Life Transitions
Jennifer has significant experience supporting clients who carry high levels of responsibility, including caregivers, helping professionals, parents, leaders, and individuals navigating major personal or professional transitions. Therapy focuses on emotional clarity, boundary-setting, resilience, and reconnecting with a steadier sense of self.

Consulting and Clinical Supervision
Jennifer offers consultation and supervision informed by her experience in clinical leadership, trauma-informed systems, nonprofit mental health programming, and therapist development.
Meet Jennifer Regester LCSW LLC

Jennifer Regester is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, psychodynamic treatment, relational work, clinical supervision, and program leadership. Her career has included direct clinical care, medical social work, supervision of developing therapists, and leadership within nonprofit mental health programming.
Jennifer’s clinical approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, trust, insight, and honest therapeutic connection. She values the relationship between therapist and client as an essential part of the work. Her sessions are collaborative, respectful, and clinically focused, allowing clients to explore the experiences, patterns, and protective responses that may be shaping their current distress.
Jennifer works with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, caregiver stress, family strain, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. She integrates EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-informed work, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based strategies, and practical skill-building to support both insight and real-life change.
When faith or spirituality is important to a client, Jennifer welcomes that part of the work and integrates spiritual formation with psychotherapy in a thoughtful, clinically grounded way, recognizing that belief, meaning, and spiritual questions can be important sources of strength, healing, and resilience.
